Lua Scripting • Re: Windows Time Zones (PowerShell + Lua)

Updated the main post with new 1.1 version.

Added Execution policy bypass for users with restricted script execution policy set by default.
Now the table is sorted by std offset to match Windows Time Zone drop down menus.
