Added the display to show active adapter connections. Once they're disconnected, the windows will automatically hide themselves.
It's not completely automatic as aside from the 'best' interface, the rest have to be manually configured. For example, if you're connected over Wi-Fi and Ethernet, only Ethernet will show because that takes priority. However, if you have the Wi-Fi adapter's name configured in the skin, it'll show the Wi-Fi interface's information until the NIC goes to sleep/disconnects. Also, if 'best' happens to be one of the configured adapters, the manual entry will be hidden so there aren't any duplicates.
You can add as many manually configured adapters as you'd like (though I can't think of a common usecase for having more than two i.e. Wi-Fi and Ethernet on a laptop).
This will likely be the last version of this unless I have any new ideas. My coworker suggested that I could add a way to configure more than one IP to each interface, but when I tested it the SysInfo measure only returned the 2nd configuration (i.e. 192.168.1.1/24 and 192.168.2.1/24 on the Wi-Fi interface, only returns 192.168.2.1/24 to the measure).
I hope somebody gets some use out of it, I know it'll be saving me some time in the field for sure :)
