Anyways, I see the problem.
first make sure you set Path=[MeasureWallpaperCount] on MeasureWallpaperName, that makes it a child of MeasureWallpaperCount.
Then you need to set IgnoreCount=1 on MeasureWallpaperName.

No finish action required actually. Should work just as you had your lua code on the first post.
Finally, I can get the file names! I corrected the other problems to, Had to manually call finish in lua instead of main.ini.
