Erm, no. This is not how Windows draws text onto the screen. Remember, Rainmeter is just calling Windows APIs to draw shapes and text, and -- to keep things simple -- what you are asking for is not something Windows supports.Can't the internal code just send text that appears after #CRLF# to the next line? That was the idea for how this would work.
