Oh, I see what's the issue now. By design, when a WebParser uses another WebParser as its URL option, the value of the latter is used disregarding any Substitute (I know, that's highly inconvenient, I agree). Not sure there is an ideal solution to this in the current form, other than "manually" setting the option of the meter from the OnDownloadErrorAction (the placeholder image) and the FinishAction (the [AlbumCoverArt] value) of the AlbumCoverArt measure, without bothering with the Substitute. It seems you already do the FinishAction, you just need to do the OnDownloadErrorAction like [!SetOption Ico4 ImageName "@Icons\System\no2.png"] and such. Hopefully that will work.
